Delivery timelines
Delivery dates are set in your approved quote or service agreement. The timeline starts once the proposal is approved, payment is received and we have the information and access we need.
How each service is delivered
- SEO and digital marketing: work is carried out on your website and accounts; progress reports are sent by email at the agreed frequency.
- Link building: a report listing the links placed is delivered by email or shared document.
- Website development: the website is delivered on your hosting or a staging link, with admin access handed over at completion.
- Custom software: delivered through a repository, hosted environment or installation package, as agreed.
- Content writing: delivered as documents by email or shared drive, or published directly on your website.
- Graphic design: final files delivered in the agreed formats by email or shared drive.
- YouTube video services: final video files delivered by shared drive or uploaded to your channel.
Delays and client dependencies
Timelines depend on timely feedback, content, approvals and access from you. If these are delayed, delivery dates move by the same amount. If a delay is caused by us, we will notify you promptly with a revised date.
Confirmation of delivery
We notify you by email when each deliverable is delivered. Please review it within the period stated in your proposal.
