Revisions
Revisions are included within the scope agreed in your proposal. The number of revision rounds, where limited, is stated in your proposal.
How to request a revision
- Email us or reply in your project thread within the review period stated in your proposal.
- Describe clearly what needs to change and, where possible, include examples or screenshots.
- We confirm the request and the expected completion date.
Rejecting a deliverable
If a deliverable does not match the approved scope, tell us in writing during the review period. We will correct it at no extra cost. If we cannot resolve the issue, our Refund Policy applies.
Scope limitations
Requests that go beyond the agreed scope, such as new features, extra pages or new design concepts, are treated as new work and quoted separately.
